SPA Experience

My hubbie brought me a spa day. Ive spent today being totally relaxed in steam room, reading and to.finish my day an amazing facial and back massage with Amy. Amy was awesome, didnt take long to find all my shoulder knots and work her magic, perfect pressure. My facial was brilliant, loved the products and came out feeling really good. Thank you Amy. Would thoroughly recommend Amy.

Events and hospitality team excellence

Held an event at the hotel. The team were first class in every way, from the reception team through to the event staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they followed the brief exactly. Shout outs to Erika and her crew. It's so nice to have a hospitality team who are switched on and on it. Golf Course was also excellent and the pro shop team couldn't have been more helpful.

Great pool and Spa with treatments

Lovely day relaxing at the pool and Spa then treatments at the Spa. Very friendly welcoming staff. Georgia did my massage and treatments who was an absolute gem 😊 she was very good and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this Spa. The boys played golf and we headed to the Spa… we were not disappointed! Great Job!

Work function

I come to Dunstan with Crisp malt on the 13th June I had the best night, Chloe, Taylor and Erica made it super special for us. Would recommend coming here 😜

Excellent spa treatment with Caroline

First time having a spa treatment and it was wonderful. Caroline was wonderful and communicated so well during the treatment, checking I was comfortable and enjoying it. She was aware I hadn’t had a professional massage before so explained what she was going to do and I also have allergies that she acknowledged and accommodated to. She talked me through what products she would use as there was lots that contained my allergen. She was so kind and professional throughout my treatment. Thank you Caroline!

Amazing spa

I had a facial with Georgia and she was amazing! Best facial I’ve ever had.

Lovely hotel and Staff

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Taylor, who provided outstanding service during our stay. Taylor was friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and warm personality really enhanced our experience and made us feel valued as guests. Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant stay.

Everything and More

Had a great time here with some colleagues for a local conference at Soul Church. It was a one night trip, but it was perfect. The rooms are sizeable and have charging sockets by the bed. The bathroom is on the lux contemporary side. The facilities are good and the breakfasts are varied. Vishal on reception is outstanding at his job. He’s great, and hope he’s a valued team member.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night beautiful location, very friendly staff tasty food and very clean, and ended my trip with a fantastic spa treatment and massage session with Georgia and I was very impressed with her, professional and very friendly, definitely will return to this hotel

A very good all round experience

It's always very consistent. The food, accommodation, facilities and levels of service are very high. And the setting is very relaxing.

A breakaway with good friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to Dunston Hall. We went with 2 good friends. We had all previously visited but many years ago. Above all we found all staff extremely friendly courteous and efficient. Clearly the room we stayed in had recently been refurbished to a high standard. We toured the area so had just one evening meal but enjoyed the breakfasts every morning. All food was to a high standard.

Are kids allowed on the golf course?

Yes, children are welcome to play golf on either of our golf courses. However, our pro-shop reserve the right to restrict play depending on the age and skill of the child. An adult may be required to accompany under 16s. Full golf attire is required for any golfer wishing to play the courses.
