The spa treatment was wonderful. Georgia was an amazing therapists and i would highly recommend her. The hotel was amazing and all the staff were really helpful kind and efficient. Excellent

Had a fantastic massage from Georgia and the hotel was very quiet. Even the pool was not over crowded where you're fighting to use the facilities.

Here for a business conference Erika was fantastic and made sure every need was met. Very accommodating even we shifted plans

On arrival on the 18th October, we were met with huge smile and a welcome back to our favorite hotel. Will, on the reception desk, greeted us back for what must be about our 20th time. We met our friends there, who also have been many times, Will made sure our stay would be special, relaxing, care free and everything we needed was catered for. Our dogs were with us and they enjoyed all the fuss that was bestowed upon them by other guests and staff. We will be back before Christmas as we love the trees and decorations, a great start to the Christmas celebrations THANK YOU 😊

I stayed at Dunston Hall a few days in late August to attend a longstanding school friend's funeral.Despite my circumstances both the staff and managers were very sympathetic,kind and understanding - they went to some trouble to welcome me and offer their hospitality. I very much enjoyed my food whilst there and my room was very comfortable .Exploring the venue and grounds was very pleasant .Norwich is easily accessible by car - and I was also able to venture to the coast.Thankyou one and all .

We visited as 3 couples on 19/20 October. The hotel reception was able to allocate 3 adjacent rooms, which was nice. The £35 allowance each towards the evening meal was adequate - the lamb rump was worth over spending on! The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice though no continental meats and cheese. The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable, only let down by lumpy pillows. There was no safe in the room and no drinking glasses, which surprised me. The golf course is challenging, with lots of bunkers and water! The buggies are good, with a useful screen display of each hole. Beware - the buggies will not move forward if they detect a hazard ie if you go too near a ditch or water or the green itself. The course is still recovering from the summer, when I last visited as part of a big group. Overall a very enjoyable couple of days.

My wife and I had an excellent two days at Dunston Hall. Our room was superb. The food, as always, was exceptional. We rate highly the whole experience at this hotel. Our thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Luis, Charlie and Judi, in the restaurant. Not forgetting Will at the front desk. We will be back next year. Myself and my partner recently had a one night stay at Dunston Hall for our anniversary. The scenery, location and Property is beautiful! They staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the health club and had a deep tissue massage at the spa, which was brilliant. We had dinner in the Brasserie which was delicious, however the foccacia and olive oil sharer for the table was size wise more for one person. The room was great, we had the Manor suite, the bed was incredibly comfy. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I spent 3 days at Dunston Hall hotel. On the first day we had massages and would like to mention Victoria who greeted us at the Spa and who was one of the therapists who did a massage for us. She was brilliant! The hotel itself a spectacular building and there are many lovely old features. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much to help guests. Everything about our stay was great - lovely clean and well presented room, nice and peaceful, nice food and great service . We look forward to visiting this hotel again in the future. We only stayed the one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Really impressed with all the staff and the quality of the room we were given. We booked a meal which we both enjoyed, the serving staff were excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Our room 004 was very well appointed with a magnificent 4-poster bed and wonderful view of the 18th green. The hotel was busy but we were well served and our food was of a high sta,ndard. The most impressive thing about our stay was the hotel staff. Mostly young people (who these days do not always seem to understand the concept of service) they were simply tremendous. Engaging, personable and seemingly all with a confidence and level of interest in their work - and our needs as customers they simply "made" our stay. whilst all the staff were very good I must mention Tom and Laura on Reception and Charlie in the Brasserie. These guys were EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you all

We love Dunston Hall and have been many times as it's the perfect place to meet up with friends for an overnight break. While all the staff are pleasant and helpful, Will on Reception is friendly, warm and welcoming and always able to help with any questions. Breakfast is superb with lots of different choices and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Dogs are welcomed too with the only negative thing being that although the grounds are stunning you can't walk in them unless you play golf as the are completely given over to the Golf Club.

Attended a friends wedding at Dunston Hall on Saturday, the day was run smoothly by Erika and her team with satisfactory service throughout. Great atmosphere all around and a beautiful location.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and set in some incredible grounds. On arrival checkin was easy and staff pleasant. The room itself was perhaps a little tired, but otherwise clean and had everything you need (including a lovely view!). We stayed on a fizz Friday, so had a bottle of prosecco in the room which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was very nice with a tasty selection of fruit, pastries, cereals and cooked items. Overall a lovely place to stay and we would definitely go back there again.

Lovely setting, rooms well equipped and spacious. Staff very pleasant. We had some booking issues with the Spa and the restaurant but these were resolved satisfactorily by the staff who were professional and apologetic.

We stayed for 2 nights with a spa treatment and were generally very happy. Dunston Hall is really lovely, looks fabulous and generally the service was very good, particularly like the pool and spa facilities. Kristi was excellent with me a novice at treatments so particular mention to her. We had good food, delicious steak although the Sunday breakfast was let down by being so busy they didn’t appear to be able to cope. They could also do with making it clearer that dessert can be bought with the meal allowance if it’s in your room rate. Breakfast is self serve buffet style which was fine. As mentioned the Spa facilities seemed good, nice pool compared to other hotels I’ve been to and not crowded when we went. We stayed in a King room, this is why I knock a star off, it was ok, large enough, nice seating area, generally clean but not really what I’d say is 4 star. The bathroom showed signs of wear, soap was a single on the wall plunger so no separate shampoo, the tv was old, the drinks facilities were instant coffee only, no safe, no fridge, switches that appeared to do nothing, and a very average bed comfort wise. It isn’t a bad room but not what I anticipated at the price point and certainly less comfortable than other hotels we’ve been to nearby. It’s a shame as the service, food and facilities are all great. Perhaps the more expensive rooms are better but I think they could cheaply improve the more standard rooms.

Had another lovely stay at Dunston Hall. We have two children aged 10 and 7 and they both loved swimming in the pool and we find the depth is perfect for them. If I'm being picky then I'd love to see some plants or some other decor. The food was cooked well, although dishes varied in size so you weren't sure what you were getting. The kids menu was good and again food was well cooked, however it would have been good to have courses grouped together for a set amount as it was quite pricey. The wine list didn't match the menu for quality. The room was dated and had some damaged tiles in the bathroom but was generally quite clean. Beds were average but the pillows were nice. The grounds are stunning and well looked after and we went on a short walk to a small park which we never knew existed on previous visits, wish we'd have taken a ball for the kids to kick about! Overall atmosphere is nice and chilled and will definitely return.
